Job Description

The IT Helpdesk Technician is the first point of contact for all IT service desk requests and incidents for our customers. The Technician will resolve IT related issues based on solutions found in the knowledge base and also field customer calls, troubleshoot and documents. The Technician must work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service metrics are met.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in French, English, German, other European languages;
  • Experience and/ or knowledge of supporting Windows and MS Office products;
  • Excellent troubleshooting capability;
  • Team player, self motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to handle changing priorities;
  • Previous experience is a plus.
